How to use

Soften the whisk prongs in warm water, sift 1-2 scoops of matcha, add 70 ml of water at 80°C and whisk in a W for 15 seconds.

Care

Rinse in warm water only, no soap. Shake off and let it air-dry on a whisk holder so the prongs keep their shape. Never leave a bamboo whisk soaking or in a dishwasher.

When to replace

With daily use a bamboo whisk lasts about 2-3 months; at 2-3 times a week, around 6 months. When prongs start to split or the foam gets coarse, it is time for a fresh one. See whisks.
