Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.

We are sorry that we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland at present. This is because different product-safety rules apply to goods sold in Northern Ireland, and as a very small business we are not yet set up to meet them. Northern Ireland addresses will not be accepted at checkout. We hope to change this in future.

We do not currently deliver outside the UK, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Our products are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse and travel to you on a tracked service. In rare cases (customs checks or busy periods) delivery can take up to 30 days — if your order has not arrived by then, contact us and we will refund or resend. We show the current estimate on every product page so you know before you order. If you need something by a particular date, email us first and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Most sets qualify for free delivery on their own. Your basket shows how much more you need to add to reach £35.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe place, then email info@uwhisk.com within 7 days. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo of the item and packaging within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email us immediately quoting your order number; we can amend it up to the point of dispatch.
